Onboarding

Our process always begins the same way: with a deep dive into understanding you. We ask a myriad of questions to uncover your wants and needs, your loves and dislikes, and your lifestyle. This helps us learn what’s meaningful to you and what you want your home or office to communicate about you.

Purchasing and Project Management

After your approval, we move into the purchasing phase, handling ordering, shipping, receiving, and inspecting. If something arrives broken (which happens), we take care of it promptly.

Simultaneously, we manage the construction process, overseeing and coordinating every aspect, from electrical and plumbing to lighting installation, AV, landscaping, and beyond. From the ground up, we meticulously review and update the "punch list," ensuring everything is done correctly and beautifully.

Throughout the process, we upload photos and videos, allowing you to watch your home or office take shape in real-time.

The Reveal

Finally, it’s time for “The Big Reveal.” Groceries are in your pantry, flowers adorn your table, coffee is brewed, candles are lit, and wine is decanting. We've anticipated your every need so you can walk in and start living your life, and your lifestyle, immediately.

Design Process

First, we develop your initial schematic designs to help you visualize your new interiors. Next, we create detailed construction documents to guide craftspeople, tradespeople, and contractors in bringing your vision to life.

Then, we design your palette, setting the stage with materials, finishes, colors, millwork, custom cabinetry, and more. This gives you a clear glimpse of how your interiors will look and feel. Finally, we finalize all the drawings, layouts, custom finishes, and details to ensure every aspect of your space is perfectly crafted.

Installation

During this stage, we begin "staging for installation." In simple terms, this means we've inspected, organized, and prepared everything in our warehouse, ready for the big day.

On installation day, we arrive with truckloads of your items, handling all the heavy lifting with a team of professionals. With meticulous planning and precise measurements, we ensure everything fits perfectly—from your sofa fitting in the elevator to your hand-carved antique armoire from India fitting through your front door in one piece.
